By I know, I know. You’re probably thinking, “What?”. I’ve gone through an electric smoker several times and have always been blown away by how much different it is from a traditional charcoal smoker. I find the smoke to be more consistent, it’s not overpowering, and the flavor is spot on.
You really can’t go wrong with the electric smoker. It is one of a few smokers that actually makes you feel like you are in a smoker. You get that sense that you are not inhaling straight from the coal in a wood-burning stove, but instead the smoke is coming straight from the electric smoker.
As well, the electric smoker is one of those things that you can get really low and it feels good, which is very rare as electric smokers tend to be quite high. Another thing that is rare is that electric smokers come with a built-in timer, so you just need to set it so you don’t forget to turn it on.
The electric smoker is actually a pretty decent device, mainly because of the smoke it produces. It’s also a good device to have because you can have it on and take it off if you need to. Just be sure that you have an electric smoker that is as low as you possibly can, because it really will burn your lungs.
It’s a shame that electric smokers tend to be quite high, because it makes smoking quite dangerous. The smoke will literally burn your lungs, and it’s not a quick process. You do have to sit down and have a serious conversation with your smoker, which is quite an intimidating prospect. It’s so damn frustrating that you just want to throw something at it to try and knock out a few more smokes.
But thats why we love electric smokers, because they’re so low, their ability to knock out a few more smokes becomes a chore. I mean, it’s like if you were to have a couple of kids, and you tried to get them to go do their chores. They’d get a bit upset because they’d miss their chores and you’d just have to get rid of them. It’s the same here.
The problem is, smokers like to hit the target like a missile. So, if you want them to smoke brisket, you have to make it look like you’re smoking brisket. That means you have to have more of it in the pipe than cigarettes.
A lot of smokers want to make it look like theyre smoking brisket, which is cool, but as you can imagine, the heat of a smoker can really wreak havoc on your pipe. You have to make sure that you can light the bowl when you need it, and only smoke brisket when you smoke it.
If you’ve ever tried to light your cigarette while sitting in a chair or on the couch and it’s got you, it’s because you’re too nervous and too distracted to see the smoke coming out. Even if your smoker is sitting straight up in the chair, that won’t help. There’s a reason why cigarettes are sold in a cigarette box.
Thats why you need a electric smoker, that and a cigarette holder. This way you can always light your cigar and smoke your pipe when youre smoking brisket.
